Terms and conditions
These terms govern the use of the IC Car Rent platform and the booking process. By creating an account or booking a car, you accept what is written here.

Who we are
IC Car Rent is a car rental company with its own fleet, operating in Valencia, Spain. Full company registration details and the official contact channel will be published on this page before the commercial launch.
Account
Booking requires an account with an email and a password. You are responsible for keeping the password secret and for bookings made from your account. A session stays active for 30 days or until you sign out.
Booking and confirmation
A booking starts as pending. It becomes confirmed once we verify the vehicle is available for the chosen period, and confirmation generates a pickup code, sent by email and visible in My bookings.
Prices
The rate is daily. The mandatory insurance charge is calculated for the selected car and period. The final price is itemized before confirmation.
Payment
Payment is processed by Teya, in Teya's own checkout. IC Car Rent does not store your card details.
Cancellation
Pending or confirmed bookings can be cancelled at any time from My bookings, at no cost.
Driver requirements
A valid ID or passport and a driver's license held for at least two years, shown at pickup.
Vehicle condition
At pickup and at return you can record the condition of the car with photos from your account. That record is separate from the company's own inspection, and both are kept.
What these terms do not cover yet
Fuel, mileage, excess, deposit and minimum age per category are not defined. None of those conditions will be charged without being written here first.
